We initially hired Albright for a full roof replacement. After the hurricanes we requested a small repair. Their work is fine, pricing a little high but acceptable. But their communication is not great. I think maybe they are overwhelmed. It takes days to get a response to questions or promised information and they sort of show up when they can without a heads up. So I am ok with recommending them but you need to be patient and flexible.
My roof was becoming a problem and was in need of replacement. After signing up for the MySafeFloridaHome grant I chose Albright Roofing and Contracting to replace my roof, and I am so glad I did! They did a fantastic job! Max gave a very competitive price during his estimate, and was able to get me on the calendar a few days after I let them know I wanted their services. The crew was careful around my landscaping and was not only fast, but thorough in every detail. The job foreman made himself available for any questions I had, showed me pictures of the decking after skimming off the old material, and I felt treated my house as if it was his own. I was also impressed with how conscientious they crew was in picking up every bit of debris and nails from my property. After only two days, I can now say I have a safe, secure, and perfect roof that has gotten several positive comments from my neighbors - they love the hickory color! Skylight Removal in St. Petersburg, FL
Jerald S. of St. Petersburg, Florida, was ready to have his 2 skylights finally removed and closed over, after having them for quite some time. He decided to do a Google search for roofers near him, and Albright Roofing was one of the many companies that came up. He decided that they were the best fit for the job.
Once Jerald S. approved his quote from Albright, the repair techs went out to his home and began the job. They removed the 2 existing skylights and cut down drywall as needed. They installed new decking, underlayment, and modified bitumen patches. They finished the job by coating the area with PM silicone.
The skylight removal was a success. Albright was happy to help Jerald S. with his roofing needs.
Roof Repair- St. Petersburg, FL
Albright Roofing completed a shingle roof repair in St. Petersburg, Florida.
The repair techs re-secured all ridge vents with screws and neoprene washers. They sealed old fasteners. They re-sealed around the chimney and torn shingles at the base of solar over can light with PM patch and granules. They re-shingle two 6x4 areas over the front NW bedroom.
The customer was content with their repair.
GAF Roof Replacement- St. Petersburg
Albright Roofing installed a new GAF Golden Pledge shingle roofing system in St. Petersburg, Florida. The customer chose the shingle color GAF Birchwood. They also installed a new flat roofing system. When Albright's crew pulled up the old roof, they had found some rotted wood underneath. They replaced some decking, fascia, trim, and flashing. The job took them 2 days to complete. The customer was satisfied was their roof replacement.
Shingle & Flat Roof Replacement- Treasure Island
Lynn H. decided it was time for a new roof, so she contacted Albright Roofing. The estimator, Max, went out to her home in Treasure Island and measured the roof, in order to get her a quote. She decided to go with the color GAF Birchwood and white drip edge. After signing the quote, Albright was able to get the roofing process started.
Ernesto's crew was assigned to the job. During the process, they replaced all drip edges, vents, and boots on the roof. There was quite a lot of rotted wood needing replacement, but the crew took care of it and made the owner aware. both roofs were completed in a day.
The customer was happy with their new roof replacement. They won't need to worry about any roofing issues for years to come!
Roof Repair- St Petersburg, FL
Albright Roofing completed a commercial roof repair in St. Petersburg, Florida. The roof technicians coated all seams in modified and around the metal mansard roof mounts in a 6'x16' area. They also coated all seams over the office windows. They sealed approx. 40' of pans at the transition into the new gutter. The roof no longer leaks and the customer is content with the job done.

Albright Roofing went out and gave Michelle C. a quote to replace the broken tile on her home. Once the quote was approved by the owner, the repair crew went out to do the job.
