They did a good job with the roofing, but a horrible job with the wood fascia replacement. We had them come out to repair our flat roof on the back of the house and put on a tapered roof system. They did a good job with the roof, happy with that aspect of the project. They however did a horrible job when it came to replacing some damaged fascia boards. The first section that they botched was a section that they nailed up without any primer, so raw wood that they then reinstalled the gutter over it NAILING the gutter back on through the drip edge so that this raw wood was now almost impossible to paint. The second area that was botched was a section that went against the slope of the shingled roof. That section now had not only raw wood exposed on the face, but also a raw edge slammed up against the shingles so impossible to prime and paint. The result of that is that I had to spend my weekend tearing out rotten wood and replacing the same section that they did rather that they take a few extra minutes and do the job properly the first time. A follow up to this review, I received a call from their office and after some back and forth they informed me that it is "their policy" that they do not do any priming or paint work. They can refer you to a painting contractor however. Again, this would have done no good as the issue was that they installed raw wood directly against the adjacent roofs shingles so no one could have done anything AFTER the fact to prevent this wood from rotting. This is just an example of poor workmanship, period.
Had a great experience with Albright. The people were nice, quote reasonable and the work was done in a day with no issues.
